Terms of Service

GTOSense is an educational poker training application. It teaches strategic concepts, drills decision-making spots, and provides reference range charts. GTOSense does not facilitate real-money gambling, does not contain wagering of any kind, and is not affiliated with any cardroom, casino, or gambling operator. The chips and pots shown in the trainer are educational tokens used to illustrate decisions — they have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, traded, or converted to currency, and no real or virtual money changes hands as a result of any in-app activity. Using GTOSense does not guarantee any specific outcome in real-money poker.

This document is both the Terms of Service for using GTOSense and the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the mobile applications distributed under the GTOSense brand (iOS via the Apple App Store, Android via Google Play).

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Use a real email so we can reach you for security-relevant messages.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GTOSense. We don't knowingly serve anyone younger.

GTOSense Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited daily trainer hands, the full lesson library, ICM grading, and cross-device stats sync. Pro is offered in two billing periods:

• GTOSense Pro Monthly — $9.99 USD per month, billed every 1 month
• GTOSense Pro Yearly — $79.99 USD per year, billed every 12 months (≈ $6.67/month)

On iOS (Apple App Store): Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the chosen subscription option. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

On the web (Stripe): You authorize GTOSense (via Stripe, our payment processor) to charge your payment method on the chosen cadence until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your /account page. After you cancel, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate partial-period refunds for web-billed cancellations.

Within 7 days of your initial web Pro purchase, you can email us at support@gtosense.com for a no-questions-asked refund. App-Store-billed refunds are handled by Apple via their standard refund-request flow at reportaproblem.apple.com. After 7 days, web-billed refunds are at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Bypass the free-tier quota gate through fraudulent means
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or wholesale-copy our ranges
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute GTOSense's content
• Use the trainer to harass other users or the operators
• Attempt to disrupt or harm the service infrastructure

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. If you're a paying user and we terminate you for misuse, the remaining subscription period is forfeited.

GTOSense's ranges and EV math are solver-grounded approximations designed to teach. They are not gambling advice. We make no guarantee about winning, losing, or any specific outcome at the tables.

The GTOSense product, including the trainer interface, lessons, chart viewer, and curated ranges, is owned by the operators. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it while your account is in good standing.

GTOSense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free behavior.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of GTOSense is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these terms. We'll bump the effective date and email registered users for material changes. Continued use after a change is your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes go to courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

GTOSense's collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
